At Illumea Skincare, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality skincare products that meet the highest safety and quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Returns Eligibility
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products purchased on sale or under special promotions.
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.
Opened or partially used skincare products.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
